The location is not hard to find, and I love the area. There was chicken sausage as one of the choices for breakfast .. everything wasn't pork like most places. I love the color scheme on the outside and inside of the building. Along with that there was 1 issue. They sold our suite to a family who decided to stay another night and we have 2 kids who needed more space. I loved the pool and workout room. Clean bathrooms and plenty of places to sit , lounge and enjoy family and have peace. They downsized our room with a discount in the end.
Hotel STAFF is awesome, especially the night crew. The food and beverage folks are especially amazing—the breakfast tacos are my absolute favorite. The woman running the kitchen should be running the place One or two of the MANAGERS (I think) during the day seem uptight and rude the way they talk down to their staff. Total turn off, it would probably make me not want to stay here again Hotel leadership should be protecting their valuable staff, not holding them to silly standards that are only guided by bottom line. Women should especially be looking out for other women rather than their OWN jobs only. My opinion!!
Michelle is amazing and very personable. She is also a Believer. Tree is another gem, you have to taste her cooking (that woman brings in food to share (OH MY GOD) is she a Chef? Max always is energetic and upbeat. I know I can be a pain and very needy, but they all keep helping me. David is quiet, but he keeps the place in tip top shape. John has a system of mopping and cleaning, that is detailed and convenient for everyone. Jill keeps that breakfast hot, delicious, and she keeps a smile of her face. Flor is also a sweetheart. The maid service is second to none. Shucks, this place is my temporary home (because of a fire at my house); but I'm so glad these people I mentioned above had made me feel so comfortable. I get off work early, just to come home, I mean to the hotel early sometimes to relax! For real...

Great rooms, good breakfast buffet, nice staff, not much around hotel for other food options
We reserved a handicapped accessible room a week in advance. The day prior to our arrival we verified our reservation. All was good until we arrived and there was no room available. They tried other hotels but no one had handicapped rooms available. We got our own room at another hotel. Because of this we missed most of the wedding we can in town for. The following Monday I called the regional manager. Jake,with no last name and no boss,said they gave our room away. When pressed he said it's industry practice what do you want. In short I would think twice before booking at a Hilton.
